The Artisan works best with frozen fruit such as strawberries, bananas, mangoes, and mixed berries. Fruit should be stored at -5degrees while ice cream should be at -18 degrees.

Portions are determined by the number of scoops of frozen fruit and ice cream or frozen yoghurt placed in the machine. We recommend 2 scoops of ice cream to 1 tbsp fruit.
