We have a range of ice cream cart packages available to suit any event size and budget.
Our packages include cart hire (indoor/outdoor), a friendly staff member to serve, and your choice of real fruit ice creams in waffle cones.

Dairy-free options are available on request for an additional cost.

Optional extras like chocolate fish toppings can be added for an additional cost.

*Our packages are based on the number of serves and event logistics. Service time is flexible and tailored to your event within the allocated package.

Travel & After-Hours Fees

We love bringing the Swirl Blends experience to events all over Auckland and beyond.

Travel and logistics are priced based on your event location, with fees typically ranging depending on distance, access, and setup requirements. This ensures we can deliver a smooth and reliable experience on the day.

After-hours surcharges may apply for events that:

  • Finish after 8:30 PM

  • Require early morning setup

  • Include late-night pack down

  • Involve extended travel outside standard hours

These fees help cover additional staffing, travel time, and logistics required to deliver your event seamlessly. All applicable costs will be clearly outlined in your quote so there are no surprises.
