At Swirl Blends, our goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied with the quality of our real fruit ice cream machines and trailers. The following outlines our policy:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@swirlblends.co.nz.

Claims must be submitted in writing (via email) as soon as possible after receiving your order, along with supporting photos or videos. We will require photo or video evidence of the damage or defect.

Upon verification, we will assess the issue and repair or replace the defective part(s) or product. This is the primary resolution offered.

Eligibility for Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items Only: Refunds are only considered for products that arrive damaged or defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Refunds are not the standard outcome and will only be considered where repair or replacement is not possible, and at the sole discretion of Swirl Blends.

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of Mind or No Reason: Refunds are not available for change of mind or any other non-fault-related reason. All sales are final.

Used Machines or Trailers: Products that have been used, operated, installed, or show signs of usage are not eligible for refunds.

Customised or Special Orders: Customised items, such as trailers with unique features, branding, or bespoke modifications, are not eligible for refunds.

Return Process

Contact Us: Email us at info@swirlblends.co.nz with your order details and evidence of the damage or defect.

Return Authorisation: Returns must be approved by Swirl Blends prior to being sent back.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Processing

Refunds are only processed for approved claims of damaged or defective products that cannot be repaired or replaced, and are issued at the sole discretion of Swirl Blends.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once eligibility has been confirmed.
